Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our information. The protection of your personal data during processing during your visit to our website is important to us and we want you to feel safe here.

HTTPS is used to secure the data traffic between a visitor's client and the PayComm server. This protocol implements SSL with the help of RSA encryption and PKI certificates and thus protects data during transmission from being changed and, to a high degree, from being spied on. The verification of the server operator (PayComm e. V.) and generation of the certificate was carried out by COMODO.

Personal data

Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our website, the web server temporarily saves the connection data of the requesting computer, the websites you visit on our site, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used and the Website from which you are visiting us. PayComm e. V. also uses the services of third parties that you have agreed to. The data protection provisions of these services can be found in the Usercentric menu, which you can access on every page via the blue fingerprint. There you can also view and change the settings you have made at any time.

In exceptional cases, so-called session cookies are also used, which store data for technical session control in your browser's memory. These data are not personal and are deleted at the latest when you close your browser.

We would also like to point out that browsers usually have functions for managing cookies.

We take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse.

Use of the PayComm knowledge database, PayComm Briefing, PayComm media review and provision of further information outside of our website

As a PayComm member or a member of a PayComm member company, you have the option of registering to use the PayComm knowledge database, the PayComm briefing and the PayComm media review.

To use the PayComm knowledge database, PayComm will provide you with a user name and a password so that you can log into the knowledge database. We save the following information for registration: salutation, first and last name, email address and, in the case of company memberships, the name of the company. You must agree to these conditions when you register for the first time. You can view the conditions at any time via your profile after you have logged in with your user name and password (Function Profile >Data protection and email settings).

The PayComm Briefing is only available to users of the PayComm knowledge database. You manage the subscription yourself via your profile after you have logged in with your user name and password (Function Profile >Data protection and email settings). The PayComm Briefing is sent to you by email and contains a tracking function in order to be able to evaluate the use of our site and the reaction to the content of the PayComm Briefing.

The PayComm media review can be made available to members and all users of the PayComm knowledge database by email. Users of the database manage the subscription themselves via their profile after they have logged in with a user name and password (Function Profile >Data protection and email settings). Members without access to the knowledge database can subscribe to the PayComm media review at the PayComm head office by ordering the receipt by email to info@paycomm.org stating the title, first and last name and email address; You can also unsubscribe at any time by email. The PayComm media review is sent by the company [DIA'LO: K], Kölner Strasse 2, 65760 Eschborn, as a contract service provider. To carry out this service, PayComm e. V. transfers the following of your personal data to [DIA'LO: K]: title, first and last name, email address.

To provide further information, we need your first and last name, address, email address and telephone number. It is up to you to decide which data you want to give us. We will not share your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe from receiving information at any time.
